Shipping Policy (Digital Courses)

1. Digital Delivery Only

All courses offered by AML Academy (2gether d.o.o.) are provided exclusively in digital form. No physical products are shipped.

2. Access to Online Courses

After successful completion of payment, customers will receive immediate or scheduled access to the purchased online course via the AML Academy learning platform. Access details (login credentials or access instructions) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. For any issues regarding login contact us at amla@2gether.si.

3. Delivery Time

  • Instant access: In most cases, access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Delayed access: If the course has a fixed start date or requires manual activation, access will be granted on the specified start date or within a reasonable timeframe after payment.

4. Technical Issues

If you do not receive access to the course within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first. For any technical issues related to course access, please contact us at amla@2gether.si.

5. Geographic Availability

Our online courses are available in all of Member States of European Union, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course description.

6. No Shipping Fees

As all products are delivered digitally, no shipping or delivery fees apply.

7. Responsibility of the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The email address provided during purchase is correct and accessible.

  • They have the necessary technical requirements (internet access, compatible device, browser) to access the online course.
