Course Content
Module 1: Introduction to AML/CFT
Overview of the purpose and objectives of ZPPDFT-2, the role of obliged entities in the AML/CFT system, and the importance of compliance for the organization and responsible persons.
Module 2: Customer Due Diligence (KYC)
What customer due diligence means in practice, when it is mandatory, which data must be obtained, the differences between simplified and enhanced due diligence, and how ongoing monitoring of the business relationship is carried out.
Module 3: Risk Assessment of the Obliged Entity
How an obliged entity prepares its own risk assessment, key risk factors (customers, services, transactions, countries), why the risk assessment is the foundation of all AML measures, and how it is applied in practice.
Module 4: AML Officer
The role, duties, and responsibilities of the AML/CFT compliance officer, cooperation with employees, the competent authority, and supervisory bodies, and the importance of internal reporting.
Module 5: Data Protection and Record Keeping
Statutory requirements regarding document retention, retention periods, personal data protection, traceability, and access controls.
Module 6: Employee Training
Obligations of obliged entities regarding regular employee training, who must be trained, documentation requirements, and why employee awareness is crucial for an effective AML system.
Module 7: Internal Controls
Establishing internal policies, procedures, and controls, monitoring the implementation of AML measures, and the importance of proportionality based on the size and risk profile of the obliged entity.
Module 8: Conclusion and Knowledge Assessment
Final knowledge test to assess participants’ understanding of the training content.
